The iCooler Electric Tricycle Insulation Cabinet is purpose-built to transform a standard electric tricycle into a fully capable cold chain delivery vehicle. Mounted directly onto the cargo bed of the tricycle, the insulated box encloses the entire cargo area with a thermally sealed structure, maintaining reliable freezing performance throughout urban last-mile delivery routes.
Constructed with VMPET reflective film and EPE foam, the cabinet accommodates 28 ice panels and sustains freezing temperatures below -5°C for up to 24 hours — sufficient for a full day of delivery operations without ice replenishment. At 114 × 93 × 114 cm, the dimensions maximize cargo capacity within the tricycle footprint.
This solution is particularly well suited for distribution stations and community-level logistics operators looking to upgrade their fleet at minimal cost. By retrofitting existing tricycles rather than investing in purpose-built refrigerated vehicles, businesses can deploy cold chain capability quickly and flexibly.
