L-Insulated Roll Cage Trolley

The L-Insulated Roll Cage Trolley is a temperature-controlled logistics solution designed for the transport and distribution of frozen and chilled goods. The steel wire mesh frame is powder-coated in a light blue finish and mounted on four heavy-duty red polyurethane swivel casters, providing smooth and reliable mobility across warehouse and distribution center floors.

The defining feature of this trolley is its custom-fitted thermal insulation cover, constructed from multi-layer aluminium foil material with reinforced stitched edges and black webbing handles. The cover wraps fully around all four sides and the top of the cage, forming a sealed cold-retention enclosure that significantly slows temperature exchange during transit. The front opens as a double-door panel for convenient loading and unloading without fully removing the cover.

Inside the insulated compartment, the trolley accommodates various cold-chain packaging formats, including insulated boxes, gel ice packs, and soft thermal bags, making it versatile across frozen and refrigerated delivery scenarios. A label panel on the front cover allows clear zone identification between frozen and chilled cargo.

The thermal cover is removable and can be used independently of the cage frame, offering flexible deployment. All dimensions are fully customizable to match specific cold-chain operational requirements.
