Designed for supermarkets and distribution hubs, the iCooler Cage Cart Insulation Cover transforms a standard metal cage cart into a multi-temperature cold chain unit — no refrigerated vehicle required. The cover wraps securely around the cage frame with a double-door front opening, allowing smooth access during loading and unloading without disrupting workflow.
Built with a three-layer material system — VMPET reflective film, EPE foam, and XPS rigid board — the cover delivers reliable thermal performance across dual temperature zones. With 18 ice panels, it maintains freezing temperatures below -5°C for up to 15 hours, or refrigeration below 5°C for up to 24 hours. This makes it well-suited for operations that need to carry both frozen and chilled goods on a single conventional truck, vehicle utilization without additional investment.
At 80 × 60 × 158 cm, the cover fits standard cage cart dimensions. Custom sizing and temperature configurations are available upon request — an efficient, ready-to-deploy solution for supermarket and grocery logistics teams.
