The Stackable Automotive Engine Storage Rack is a heavy-duty industrial storage solution engineered specifically for the safe handling, storage, and transport of automotive engines. The entire frame is constructed from thick-wall square steel tubing, welded to precise tolerances to ensure structural rigidity under substantial load.
The defining feature of this rack is its internal cradle system, comprising multiple V-shaped and U-shaped support brackets wrapped in green PVC tubing. These protective brackets securely cradle engines at designated contact points, preventing movement, surface damage, and deformation during storage or transit. The bracket layout can be customized to accommodate different engine types and sizes.
Each rack is equipped with corner stacking posts and corresponding socket receivers, allowing multiple units to be safely stacked vertically in warehouse or production environments. This stacking capability significantly increases storage density without additional racking infrastructure. The open-frame base is fully compatible with standard forklift tines and pallet jacks, enabling efficient loading and unloading.
The rack is shown in its pre-finish welded state, ready for surface treatment such as shot blasting, powder coating, or primer painting to meet customer specifications.
