The iCooler Convenience Store Trolley Insulation Cover is designed for convenience store operators that require a reliable, portable solution for receiving and staging cold chain deliveries in-store. The cover fits directly over a standard hand trolley, transforming it into a mobile insulated unit capable of maintaining freezing or refrigeration temperatures without any electrical connection.
Made from a three-layer composite — VMPET reflective film, EPE foam, and PU insulation — the cover features a double-layer opening panel with a transparent inspection window, enabling staff to identify contents without fully opening the unit. With 12 ice panels, it maintains freezing temperatures below -10°C for 12 hours and refrigeration below 10°C for up to 20 hours.
At 83 × 66 × 132 cm, it is sized to fit standard trolleys used in convenience store and supermarket environments. Particularly valuable for consolidating cold deliveries upon arrival and maintaining product quality between scheduled vehicle departures. Custom sizing is available for non-standard trolley configurations.
