The iCooler Heavy-Duty Long-Haul Insulation Box is engineered for intercity and cross-regional cold chain freight, delivering exceptional thermal endurance for deep-frozen goods in less-than-truckload (LTL) operations. With continuous freezing retention of up to 40 hours at temperatures below -10°C, it outperforms conventional insulated containers and enables reliable frozen delivery across long-distance routes without refrigerated vehicle dependency.
Performance is driven by a combination of VIP vacuum insulation panels and VMPET reflective film — two of the highest-performing insulation materials available — assembled into a robust, loadable box structure. With 14 ice panels and outer dimensions of 106 × 55 × 60 cm, the box stacks and loads efficiently within standard freight vehicles.
Particularly suited for cold chain logistics providers, frozen food distributors, and LTL freight operators that need to co-load frozen cargo alongside ambient goods on conventional trucks. Custom panel configurations and dimensions are available to align with specific route requirements and freight density targets.
