The iCooler Folding Crate Insulation Liner is a compact, retrofit insulation solution designed to fit inside standard plastic folding crates, instantly upgrading them into functional cold chain containers. Ideal for businesses that already rely on folding crates for high-frequency store replenishment, this liner eliminates the need for separate cooler boxes, reducing both equipment costs and logistics complexity.
Constructed with VMPET reflective film, EPE foam, and XPS rigid board, the liner features a supportive internal frame that maintains its shape within the crate. A single ice panel enables freezing performance below -10°C for 3 hours and refrigeration below 5°C for up to 12 hours — well suited for short-haul, frequent delivery cycles typical in urban last-mile distribution.
At 54 × 36 × 29.5 cm, the liner fits widely used standard folding crates. Particularly effective for bakery, fresh food, and convenience delivery operators running multiple daily rounds to nearby stores. Custom sizing is available for non-standard crate dimensions.
